Stayed just the one night but chose this hotel because of an enjoyable previous stay. The reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Situated close to the airport the hotel was convenient and met my needs. I would recommend this hotel.

Quite possibly the worst Novotel I have stayed at the level of service was so below usual Novotel standard I stopped complianing. No papers, no draft beer (we are cleaning pipes......at 2100???>???), no LeClub reccognition, resturant closed at 2100 etc etc etc All in all a experience that I do not want to repeat

Although not as handy as many other airport hotels around the world it is the handiest for that early morning departure. Service good. Biggest niggle was that at breakfast only instant coffee yuck! It's a great location for flying, the staff are amazing! We ate at the restaurant and the meal was great as was the service. Rooms are fantastic as well. The train was quite near us but couldn't hear a thing. Five minutes back to the airport. Am looking forward to our next stay. Thanks!

No negatives about this hotel. Location is 5 mins from airport with frequent hotel shuttles ($5) and also a shuttle service to the airport village out of hours . Flight schedules on the room TVs The most comfortable beds ever. A minute from the Dutyfree outlet centre. A rooftop pool and gym. Cannot fault this hotel
