Recent stay at the Novatel was great. Room was massive. The pillows were a bit weird but did have the options to order a different kind. Great location next to Dfo. Conceirge stuffed our taxi up the next morning but ordered us a new one and paid the fair which was great.

i understand that staying at accomdation at the airport is cheap and nasty, but didnt think it would be that bad, tired room, noisy surrounding, unfriedly people and overpriced stay, would of been better sleeping in thge airport terminal
