We got a great deal on our accommodation here which is why i stayed here instead of closer to the CBD. Its a manageable walk, but uphill so maybe not for everyone. Our room got upgraded after the fridge in the original room stopped. Both rooms were very comfortable, although the balcony was smaller in the 'premium' room. The staff... More

Bed was a dream. The most comfortable I've ever slept in. Equally comfortable pillows. Studio apartment was small but had everything needed. Large bathroom. Colleagues staying in normal rooms said they were very small. Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Parking across the road a little annoying having to cart luggage across road and back to hotel.

This hotel is good for short stays as the size of the rooms are very reminiscent of what you'd get in New York City ... small. The room was modern, bed was comfortable and had a balcony which was a plus.

The Mantra Terrace is in a good location, set just on the fringe of the CBD and an easy 10 minute walk to Queen Street. The rooms are very small, however the bed was comfortable and the mini bar had a range of items to get one through if required. Tea and coffee were also available free of charge. I... More

Clean premises. Check-in a breeze. The room was a little small and the tv channels were limited but all else was above satisfactory. Would highly recommend for short stays. Great location as well. The street is quiet at night, too, for being so close to the heart of the city.

The room was smaller than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs has great selection of foods and pretty good. It's about 15-20 minutes walk down to the shopping centre but upon your return be prepare to walk uphill. Good location and quiet road nearby which means minimal noise during my stay.

Comfy bed, clean room, good quality personal care products. Tea and coffee available at the room were very nice. The staff was very helpful, giving us tips of places to go to buy our furniture (as we were just moving to the city at that time) and to eat out. Really good :)

A terrible experience, small room...where were you supposed to put your suitcases? no chairs,no kettle, problems with lift/door cards, no wifi unless a flat fee of $25 was paid whether you needed it for an hour or a day. and the car park was down the road which also had to be paid for. Never again. Location was fine which was... More

We recently stayed at the Mantra Terrace for 2 nights & were extremely disappointed with the accommodation. Reception staff were certainly not welcoming & had a lack of knowledge of the local area. Our room was tiny & very basic. We had a lot a trouble trying to access our room with the enter card, very frustrating. Would not stay... More

Rooms exceptionally small, no chair to sit on in the room. Check in was slow. They took full accom charge as pre-auth even though accommodation was paid in full. Guest checking in at same time only had $50 pre-auth. Electric kettle in one room dirty on the inside, did not work in second room. No cupboard door in one room.... More
