Just spent 3 nights at Kirribilli Apartments along side the Brisbane River at New Farm. This proved to be a great location although too far to walk to the New Farm shops and the Powerhouse Markets. Very close however to the Vine Restaurant and the popular Double Shot Coffee Shop. The apartment we stayed in was very well presented and... More

Rooms are large and kitchen plus in suite laundry are well equipped. Great BBQ area pool, spa and huge sauna. Whole set up is well geared towards large families and close walk to ferry terminal. Great place to see Brisbane from.

Just spent eight nights at Kirribilli as we have on two previous occasions for family holidays. This time we booked a couple of two bedroom apartments and were pleased to have been allocated rooms together (102 and 103) which while spacious were in need of a makeover. All the things we love about this place ( pool, sauna, barbecue area,... More

After reading some bad reviews I went ahead and booked a 2 night stay as it was close to our appointment. Room 504 was allotted to us and I emailed 3 times to get in writing that we were in fact in a "Superior" room that had been renovated. Alas this was not what we got. Very unacceptable for $220... Whenever we visit family in Brisbane, we make a point of staying at Kirribilli Apartments. We travel with family, so the separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms is an ideal set-up and having a pool on-site is a bonus. The location is perfect with easy access to the City Cat, park lands, and restaurants/cafes. There is a playground adjacent, which was... More

Room 204 & Room 404 We booked in for 2 nights. On the first night the kids were bathed and put to bed and at 08.10pm we discovered there was no more hot water for showers for the 3 adults booked in. Phoned the front desk person who said that she would arrive in an hour and let us in... More

We stayed on the 4th floor with family members also on same floor in different apartment, both were 'superior' however were far from that, was not very clean light switches and doorknobs in particular and in desperate need of a renovation. After reading other reviews I'm guessing its a lucky dip with what room you get, which is not right... More

The apartment was spacious, carpeted, clean and had everything a family would need including a fully fitted kitchen. The spectacular views from the balconies and windows were a bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed in room 703 with our two teenage daughters for 5 days. We were so happy with the location, views and size of the apartment. The two bedroom, two bathroom set up was well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. It’s a bit dated but still very clean, serviceable and excellent value. Reception staff Ashleigh... More

The location is perfect, right on the river and Merthyr Park. Playground in the park immediately outside the back gate. It's a 5 min walk through the park to Sydney St. Pier where you can take either the CityHopper or the CityCat. We stayed with two small children and loved it. Much more appropriate than trying to stay in the... More
