Fortitude valley is the perfect location for business or holiday travelers . There are cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance and Miro has parking available if you have a vehicle . Friendly staff and clean room with all conveniences ( although no microwave that i could see unless it was built into the oven - I didn't check... More

Rooms are very basic and done on the cheap shower is terrible - you get wet just turning on the tap. Found the room a bit noisy. and bed wasn't fabulous. However to be fair, for the price, if you are after budget accommodation in a good location, then it's probably ok. there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops... More

Apartment designs are functional and roomy, well furnished and kitchens are truly able to be used for self-catering, as opposed to being decorative. Staff are very helpful and friendly - going out of their way to assist. As someone who travel a lot for work, its been a great experience and would highly recommend the Miro.

Very central location close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Suitably appointed self contained apartments for reasonable rates. Balcony which can be screened from the street is a real bonus as was washing machine rather than exorbitant laundry rates of hotels. After hours check-in was easy and well managed. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Recently needing somewhere to stay for a few days at a time over several weeks/months for work. Hotel perfectly located. Rooms were great and the price very reasonable. The only place we look at now when needing a hotel in Brisbane

Rang Miro when I found I had to spend a night out in Brisbane at a Newfarm restaurant. Receptionist was lovely, and gave me a small discount as it was a last minute booking. Although building work next door meant the footpath and road outside the apartments was a bit of a mess, all inside the complex was clean and... More

I knew we were in for a big night at a function in James Street - a short stroll away - so we had a look around the net and settled on The Miro. We were attracted by the location, the sense that the offering was perhaps a little quirky and fresh, and what seemed to be a fair price.... More

Well I am very mixed in my feelings for this place, because as a person who normally stays in hotels I decided to try an apartment because I had business in Fortitude Valley for 24 hours and the location of this place suited perfectly to walk around to several appointments. Well when you turn up the outside of the building... More
