First of all finding the apartments is not trivial. Even with a GPS the actual location is tricky. The check in staff tried to be accommodating but you always felt as if you were a bit if a hindrance. Leaving the apartments before 7.00am was fraught with difficulties which could have been improved with better signage and instructions. The good... More

Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location in West End, Brisbane. Close to bars, restaurants, public transport, Southbank and the Cultural precinct. Reasonably priced and friendly service. What more can I say.

Great value for money, central to fantastic food and markets. Receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful. Don't expect high-end accommodation but it's comfortable and clean at half the price of other central city hotels. A short walk to Southbank and Queen St Mall

We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Suncorp and Southbank. The apartment was great, a huge balcony which overlooked West End towards Southbank. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole place was very comfortable. Only thing I felt was missing was air conditioning in the bedrooms. Was quite hot and hard to sleep without air conditioning. Otherwise,... More

The room was booked as a suite with 2 queen beds. Room actually had 1 queen and a single. Reception was unable to assist. The room was located adjacent to the air conditioning tower and room had to remain closed with air conditioning on. Will not stay here again. Not good value for cost of accommodation.

Thank you for your feedback Sandra I am sorry that on this occasion the apartment was not what you expected. We have 2 types of 2 bedroom apartment, one with 2 queen beds and 1 with a queen and single bed, with the bedding configuration clearly specified in the description. Unfortunately, we have rely on the person booking through the... More

Great location. I was really surprised at what the West End had to offer. Awesome bars and restaurants Stay away from the new restaurant bars under apartment buildings and seek out the cool joints that offer loads of craft beer and on trend food. We ate at The Bleachers, Chop Chop Changs. Drank at Wandering Cooks co-op and SRC bar.... More

We were very impressed with the rooms and the staff at West End Central Apartments. Everything was clean and the rooms were serviced each day (most apartments we've stayed in don't do that). Next year when we go back we will request a shower for my inlaws as the bath/shower combo was a bit high for them. In saying that,... More

Thank you for the feedback Anne We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. It was unfortunate that the weather was rather inclement on this occasion. With a recent upgrade to some of the bathrooms we are delighted to now be able to offer the choice of shower over bath, walk-in shower or spa bath in some of the... More

was in brizzy for business & took the family. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, which was massive and very comfortable for my wife and I and our 14 year old son and 15 yar old daughter. Apart from being big the apartment is very well located and has all the required bits - like pool, gym, bbq, suna etc.... More

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people for 2 nights as we were visiting to see a musical production. The apartments were a bit difficult to find as the location is given as 220 Melbourne Street yet the actual entrance is in Edmonstone Street (with a number 5 on the outside) - very strange, and the taxi dropped... We booked a 2-bedroom apartment as needed to be in the West End. The check-in was smooth but parking very tight. The apartment felt a little tired but was clean and adequate for our needs. The code system to get into the car park and complex at night is a little antiquated. We had a lot of trouble along with... More

Thank you for your feedback As a mixed use complex it can be difficult striking a balance between the needs of owners and guests, and we agree the code system can be confusing. However you will be pleased to know that automated main entry doors have recently been installed enabling codeless entry to the foyer. We are pleased you found... More
