I have always been told by my work friends about a fabulous little hotel just one hour from Brisbane they raved about this place, I always thought yes another hotel but when I arrived it certainly took me back the first thing I will always remember is the friendly staff who greet you as soon you enter through the door This is certainly a gem in the scenic rim and the meals are just the best every thing is so clean, tidy and the main thing the beer taste great. My wife and I stayed in the rooms, these rooms are furnished in the era of the hotel which by the way was built in 1852 and I am told its Queenslands oldest hotel, I can not praise this hotel enought its just great and I will be back congratulations to the owners they certainly know how to run a hotel more
