We only stayed one night but the front desk staff were very helpful allowing us to check in at 10.30am rather than having to wait around until 2pm. The room was very nice with a view over the city. more

Service was not soo good, staff had no idea about shuttle bus times and where the bus picked you up from and went... Very rude at reception and made us feel like we were bothering them. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Esplanade recently with 6 adults and one teen and one child. We loved the rooms as they were large and clean. The counter, housekeeping and the breakfast staff service were just impeccable. Breakfast was good value for money. Will stay there again on our next visit! more
