This was my third (& now, final) stay here. Apart from the beautiful clear infinity pool, our experience this trip had us deciding we won't come back. Firstly, we booked for 5 night and paid $1200, so it wasn't cheap. We specifically asked for an ocean-view room with the timber Venetian shutters so we could sleep with the door wide... More

Stayed 2 nights at Sky City as a family. Our son had room 105, which still had the faulty door locking problem a previous reviewer noted. Rooms were clean and spacious, and beds very comfortable. The Infinity pool was spectacular, with amazing sea and sunset views. The Darwin heat in April made walking to town too taxing, but you can... More

I was a bit hesitant to stay at a venue out of the main town but I'm glad I did. Its proximity to Mindil Beach is fantastic and the sunsets are stunning. Good pools - really enjoyed the Il Piatto and watching the sun set over the water. The infinity pool is beautiful and whilst in the water you can... More

We visit Darwin one or two times every year from Singapore and have stayed in a few different hotels but we always ended up back at SkyCity. The location is fantastic sitting right on the beach front, it's not right in the city but then Darwin is a small place and it's only a very short taxi ride away. The... More

Disappointed in stay with Skycity, although this is the nicest hotel in Darwin the standards have slipped, this is not a 5 star hotel, 4 at best. We were put in room 105 and found ourselves locked in the room, we called reception and they moved us to a new room however seemed to be already aware of the fault..... More

We booked four nights for a great rate through Jetstar of $127 for the deluxe king room in the main building. The main booking agencies are around $300 per night and we wouldn't have stayed there if we were paying that. We got free access to the secure carpark thrown in as well so I think that was a pretty... More

Stayed at Skycity for 1 night in the hotel (not the lagoon building). The hotel is looking a little dated, but the rooms have been kept looking fresh. The king bed was big and really comfortable, and we also had a huge spa bath in the bathroom. I thought the bath bombs on offer to use were a great touch... More

we stayed at this hotel on the 19th of march 2015. I we had of known that there was construction being done we would have stayed somewhere else. We arrived early as we had flown in from Singapore and we got to the Hotel at 11am. We were told that our room was not ready but where asked if we... More

We went there for a business trip and am going again at the end of this month. The surroundings is exquisite (ie if you love the sea/ocean). Nice place to relax for a holiday but alas I was there for work. The gym is really very small and not well equipped which was a shame. The room is spacious enough... More

Decided on sky city all you can eat lunch buffet at under $20 pp was pretty good. The person on the register was very slow considering he was a team Leader. He took over 5 minutes to serve 2 ladies then didn't even apologise for the wait and was rude When we finally got in and approached the buffet at... More
