I have stayed here several times now. Friendly staff, comfortable modern rooms, and a decent sized pool with a great outlook. Most recently I stayed in a superior room, which was more than ample for my needs. Contrary to other review I enjoyed my stay at Skycity. The room was clean, definitely not bug infested and was very quiet. Stayed at this hotel for a change and was really looking to be impressed however this was not forthcoming! Breakfast Buffet was full and I was told this was the normal thing, which didnt help and recieved no further information on when I could get in! Accommodation was looking worn out despite some of the renovations they have recently published.... more

Certainly was not a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star. Rooms need updating as very basic. Spacious rooms ..tiles on floor. Nice outlook but could'nt open doors to balcony. Restaurants were terrible except the chinese. Out of town....have to catch taxi to town. Really the only good thing about this hotel was the pool area which very appealing. more
