After drive more than 600kms We arrived to Darwin. We decided spent one night at this campervan. It was late (at 20.30pm more less). Woman at reception was really unpleasant. She said "we are full"... from the reception door we could check that it was more less empty. When we were leaving a couple of guest stayed there said to... More

Booked in for a week, showed my top tourist card and was told could not use as they were in the 'wet season price' other parks accept even when they are in the low season but not this one, stayed the week - rubbish bins only emptied twice they were only the small bins so soon got full. One amenities... More

We stayed here for 8 nights, the people are very friendly, the fellow will even come and reverse your van if needed, on a Sunday they had a sausage sizzle, which consisted of 3 varieties of hot vegetables, curried sausages, and BBQ sausages - all park visitors are invited for a $2 donation you can bring your chair and drinks... We stayed on an unpowered site while our friends stayed in the motel. The locations is very convenient, the staff were helpful and the facilities were nice. The sausage sizzle in Sunday evening is a great idea. All the money goes to cancer research and all they ask is a gold coin, although we contributed a bit more than that.

It was a nice, easy place to stay with my family. The facilities were reasonable clean, and the staff were friendly. We only stayed for three nights but they were pleasant and the centre of Darwin is very accessible from here.

Back at the boomerang for another year. Just like coming home. Great shady sites with clean facilities. 2 BBQ / camp kitchens areas for use when catching up with friends. The sausage sizzle on a Sunday evening hosted by the managers Mark & Jenny is a great way to finish the week.

Staff extremely helpful. We had 2 powered sites & 1 motel room. Shower blocks very clean, park very clean & tidy & motel room very comfortable & clean. The help with reversing onto our site was invaluable. Enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend!

This site, is a Top-Tourist caravan park, only smallish, but nice and quiet. Amenities are excellent, as is the camp-kitchen. Wish the person on reception could be a little less grumpy, perhaps take a leaf out of the cleaner, Christine's book, she gave us a lovely welcome on our first day.
