Longitude 131 is an amazing location - fantastic views of Uluru and a beautiful setting in its own right. The food was excellent and you are never short of anything to eat...even on the excursions....ditto for the beverages!! We stayed three nights and occupied two "tents" - we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The service was exemplary -... More

December is not high season at Uluru. It is hot, more than 42deg in the day. But it is a wonderful dry desert heat, and it did not feel like one was roasting. But it was a superb season to visit. We experienced sunshine, dry heat, thunderstorms, lightning, rain. We saw waterfalls cascading off Uluru, as we lunched at the... More

Well organised, Great food, friendly and caring staff. Best way to see Uluru and the surrounding area. Kings Canyon is a worthwhile addition to the trip. Dinner under the stars was terrific. Summer is really hot and often the climb is closed.

Let me introduce myself as a seasoned traveller who has stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels of the world (Aman, Four Seasons, Banyan tree, Rosewood, Como, to name a few). When travelling, I like to pick my hotels by using websites such as Kiwicollection, Conde Nast magazine, Travel & Leisure (see my other reviews and my blog!). So... More

The level of service here was better than any other place I have stayed at, and I have been very fortunate to stay at what are felt to be the best hotels in the world (e.g. Qualia, George V, etc.). The food was perfection, the service was perfection, and the rooms were well equipped as well as unique with great... More

This place is wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Longitude. The welcome at the airport, the super friendly service, the rooms, everything is fantastic. All tents are so placed that you can wake up with a view on Uluru outside your bedroom window. Glass in the window is such that nobody can... More

The perfect place to be in when visiting Uluru. The service is outstanding, without a single but. The staff is extremely kind and competent, with no exceptions. The place is wonderful, with beautiful views to the rock, and the rooms (tents) awesome, so are the quality of the meals. Absolutely advisable.

This place really has to be experienced, a written account will not do it justice. A raised 'tent' camp in the outback, with every conceivable luxury is just an incredible experience. Add wonderful food, excellent wine and fantastic excursions, and your stay at Uluru turns into a once in a lifetime adventure. The staff was also very friendly and the... More

There is no other word to describe this place. Utter and complete perfection. The welcome, the service, the rooms, everything is second to none. Waking up with Uluru outside your bedroom window cannot be described. Every aspect of your stay is managed perfectly and you never so much as lift a finger. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional and very... More

Longitude 131 is located in a magnificent position. Stunning views of Uluru from your tent, and 360 degree views of the area (including Kata Tjuta) from above the reception area. In general the tours are very good, with highly knowledgeable tour guides, and stunning scenery. Further, the meals are generally very good, with a great selection of alcohol to enjoy.... More
