As caravaners we found the van park adequate. Whilst the showers & toilets were spotless clearly the resources (money) go into the resort accommodation and its up market cliental. Staff were great and readily agreed to change our booked site. Prices are what you'd expect in the outback but Uluru and Kata Tjuta are clearly sacred spaces and too many... More

Fantastic spot. Toilets and showers average for such a high profile spot. Don't leave to have shower at night as it was cold. Cleanliness also average. There was one washing machine in block close to site, but there was a laundry further down the ground but you would nearly have to drive to it. Really quite disappointed with quality over... More

The photos are deceptive as the cabins look larger but they are very small eg there are two cabins joined together yet photo looks like it is one cabin . There was a generator running all night which was noisy.

We stayed 3 nights, the staff were amazing, the faculties were adequate, but the find a spot on some.grass nature of the unpowered sites was terrible, great location but very, VERY!! Expensive for what you actually get, in Hines sight would.have stayed at kings canyon longer, that resort is down right amazing!!!

This caravan park is quite expensive and fills up quickly so I advise booking early. Make sure that you empty your black water before arriving as the park does not have a dump point. There is a dump point near the aerodrome on the way into town. All facilities are OK and there are viewing platforms quite close to the... More

We stayed two nights here in August - we had not booked ahead, but were shocked at the tiny size of the site we were given. Looking around us, it looked like tins of sardines and we were not able to put awning out as it would been on the next site. Looking up from our site we saw that... More

Nice campground with clean bath rooms and shower. Staff was very friendly. Go to the Pioneer grill which is nearby. You can guy your steak and cook it right on the grill yourself. Awesome. Would stay there again.

Camping in the desert in June is very cold! We had an unpowered site and fire wood but not allowed to have a fire without a fire bin, none provided, we will certainly have one for the next trip. Amenities were very good, try to book site along back of campground for more privacy, we had a back corner site... More

I found this park to be really good. The camp kitchen was great with many fridges and areas to cook. It also had kettles and toasters!I camped on a lawned area with trees all around. I have not once in the 5 nights I have been here heard the generator that others have complained about. The staff are very friendly... More

If you want to visit the Uluru during the daytime and also see the sunrise or sunset, this is the only option you have if you are not travelling with a camper or similar (then you can camp next to the road but I don't recommend that) or you don't want to drive at night. The campground is the cheapest... More
