We had a rather arduous drive from Alice Springs and were delighted to be staying in such a well appointed and comfortable apartment. We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable of our holiday .

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was larger than I expected and included a large kitchen, eating area, lounge and laundry machines. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and the single bathroom was adequate. A/C is a must as the temp was 43 degrees, but it is a dry heat so very manageable. The pools were lovely and not... More

The choices are limited here but the refurbished 2 bedroom apartment had a great layout and was comfortably furnished and acool place to come back to after very hot days. It is a monopoly situation and choices are limited. If you just come to look and not explore 1 or 2 nights are enough if you time the flights well

Found out 5 days before check in that I had Deep Vein Thrombosis / Blood Clot so my doctor wouldn't allow me to fly so had to cancel my holidays. Tried to ring and all I got was the number not connected so I rang company who did the booking they emailed them they never replied. 2 weeks later booking... More

Hi Jenny H Thank you for your feedback and I do hope you are feeling better. The response you received does appear unusual and I would certainly like to look into this for you. The accommodation at Emu Walk Apartments was way higher quality than we expected. Having two bedrooms meant costs could be shared although there was only one bathroom and the toilet was not separate. The facilities in the room were excellent. We took English guests with us so didn't explore so much because of the heat. There's plenty to do: the... More

We stayed here last August, so I can't remember as much as I'd like to, but I'll do my best! We had a one-bedroom apartment, which was fine for our family of four. We found where to check-in with no problems (perhaps because we'd been reading the reviews here!) and found our apartment okay. It was on the second floor... More

Apartment was very good, weather at this time of year was hot. Good walking boots and fly nets essential for this holiday. Good food was served at the outback hotel, drinks okay but expensive if you eat in apartment. There is a supermarket there that doesn't sell alcoholic drinks but is quite reasonable. You can get most things in the... More

We were a little unhappy when we saw the oath to our house was blocked but once we had taken the short round to it we were not disappointed in any way. Brand spanking new could have only been used a couple of times. Large modern spacious kind of sums it up. The resort is nude as well 2 pools... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2015

It had been over ten years since I stayed in Ayres Rock Resort and in that time it's clear that it's undergone a considerable face-lift. The Emu Walk (two bed) apartments were really clean and fresh - the absence of an oven made cooking pizzas interesting(!) but apart from that the general décor was lovely. The apartments were spacious and... More

Very clean and spacious apartment with good facilities, the only downside is that there is no oven in the , otherwise well equipped, kitchen. Nearby there were several cafes and restaurants as well as a well stocked supermarket that we didn't find extortionately expensive. The apartment was convenient locations and the children loved the pool, although it was a little... More
