My husband and I recently stayed at the Emu Walk Apartments on our 2-week trip to Australia. This lodging was great because it includes a washer and dryer in the unit, which allowed us to pack lighter for the trip. There were three packs of detergent right by the washer, so we didn't even need to purchase that. The apartment... More

Our apartment unit was only 20 steps walk to the Town Centre which was very convenient. Easy access to the grocery, ATMS, info, and to the shops. Our unit looked very new and very well presented. Basic kitchen utensils were provided as well as washing machin, clothes dryer, iron and hair dryer. The decor was very nice and homey. A... More

The recent renovations are beautiful and tasteful and create an apartment that is amazing value for money given how remote this development really is. As with any new reno, especially to a building of this age, there are a few issues that need ironing out, free wifif really needs to be available and the bathrooms probably could have had a... More

These apartments provided us with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. They have been newly refurbished and the furnishing is a high standard. They come complete with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and the detergents! Whilst very comfortable with a sitting room and outdoor area, they would be enhanced by ensuite bathrooms. Internet was fine.

This was a refurbished room- in fact so new some of the packaging was still on the kitchen equipment. However, there were some flaws and general disorganisation. The room didn't have hooks for clothes or towels, the sink tap was too short and you couldn't get your hands underneath it to wash them, the TV was recessed so you couldn't... More

It was a very nice apartment, but it took one and a half days to connect to the internet. However once you have connected the internet is fine. It is quite close to Uluru and the town square, however the restaurants at any place you stay at the resort are average, especially at Emu Walk because it doesn't have its... More

Two full size bedrooms with king beds each separated on different floors, full size bath, large family room, dinning room for 6 and a well stocked kitchen. You could easily stay here for a week. The apartments are spread out from near the lobby up to the grocery store. So don't unload until you know where your room is.

We spent 2 nights at Emu Walk in March. After renting a car through Thrifty at the Ayers Rock airport we easily made our way to the resort. Check-in took awhile because two plane loads of visitors arrived at the same time. Once we got to our 2 bedroom tri-level apartment we were delighted with the unit. It was recently... More

I stayed at Emu Walk for 10 days in March, while my friends stayed at the campground and the Sails hotel at the 'resort'. We had 2BR's and one bathroom, and a nice living area and TV and kitchen. We even had a freezer where we could make ice cubes for the 42°C (106°F) days, whereas there are no ice... More
