spent 1 night in the standard cabin and was quite surprised with the standard. 2 queen size beds and neat and tidy. rooms are quite a hike from reception and the bbq/hotel but the tracks are lit by torches at night. very quiet and the views to the heavens are stunning. have been replanting and have shade covers over the... After a long trip on unmade roads we arrived at the Resort Check in was easy then in to our very spacious room. Kingsize bed bathroom fit for a king. Everything you want was there, even a private spa set out into the landscape. We did not eat at the restaurant. We had a degustation meal in the open which was... More

This place is very spread out. The rooms are sometimes far away from the Resturant and Reception. Okay for those who drive but a tad difficult for those on tours who need to walk quite a distance in the dark for meals. Signage not good, easy to take the “scenic route” to dinner. Our room came with not only a... More

Stated at this hotel with my husband and kids, aged 9 and 15, as a part of a 30 days trip around Australia. This hotel was in the mid scale comparing to the hotels we stayed in through the trip. Good standard, clean rooms and welcoming staff. The restaurant options a bit poor.

We came here after a week camping in the outback...and we missed the quality of the camps. Small rooms without real windows, public bathrooms (not too clean), not the best food quality. But the spirit was good and the canyon is amazing. It would deserve a better resort.

We camped here one night in mid August. One thing earlier reviews complained about was not having choice of where to put the tent. We were told to go anywhere we liked and were able to pick a quiet spot (it wasn't very busy). The grounds and facilities were clean, and the live entertainment was nice for an evening. Only... Unfortunately we payed the 40 Dollars for an unpowered (!) site before we looked at the campsite. It is absolutely not worth the money. The facilities are run down and old. In one of the men's facility blocks all (!) shower doors were broken and could not be locked. The staff was always driving around the campground even early in... More

Ask for a site in the back row for amazing views of Kings Canyon. We set up our camp chairs looking directly at the canyon for incredible sunset over dinner. Have attached a pic of the million dollar view from our motor home. 😊 Everything is fairly expensive but not surprising given the location. Pool was freezing in August but... More

We were booked into this hotel as part of our N.T. tour. We thought it was magical. The room was clean, great views and everything that you needed. A bit of a long walk (about 1/2km) to the restaurant but very well worth it. The outback BBQ was superb. The food was good and reasonably good value for money. The... More

We stopped here overnight on our drive tour from Alice Springs to Uluru, and visited Kings Canyon the second day. This hotel, I think, is the only choice for family travel with kid within hundreds km radius. The room is clean and comfortable, and enviroment is relaxed and tranquil. You may enjoy the splendid view of the Ranges in the... More
