Seb runs a very tight ship - which makes for a clean, quiet and safe backpackers! The double rooms are small but very pleasant and the garden provides a great place to chat and relax. Alice is very pricey so this accommodation is really good value and offers a way to meet other like-minded people. The location is brilliant, within... More

I spend twice a couple of days there. It s really nice hostel, the garden is really nice. The kitchen and the TV room are really nice too to meet people and spend a good time. The owner and manager run this place very well. By the way, I never seen a hostel so clean. He also gave me good... More

The rooms, the kitchen, the toilets and the outdoor Area are all very clean and tidy. Everything is decorated beautifuly and the hostel has a very creative vibe. I would... More

This place has character. I stayed in a converted caravan that was a three bed dorm room. There was plenty of space and the space heaters kept me warm enough. The reason to stay here is the vibe: relaxed. It's a no party hostel and you can feel that. It's a great place to unwind, get your laundry done, and... More

I actually rather call it a lovely Inn,beautifully run and clean. It felt a home away from home.Josh who was covering for Seb was doing a marvellous job in running it.And really Very Good People who stay there as long term residents are marvellous. It obviously attracts great workers and great people. Cheers.Excellently managed

The pictures on tripadvisor and on its website really don't do any justice to this lovely little inn! Was really surprised with the cleanliness, cuteness and friendliness of this place- it felt like I was staying at a friend's place. There was also a cat to play with! Bonus: the 3-bed female dorm near kitchen has a bathroom (with a... More

I had the most fantastic time at Alice's Secret. I stayed for a few weeks either side of a hike, and made some incredible friends (there were a lot of long term residents of a couple of months plus) and felt really safe and welcome. Seb is great with the guests as well, and makes you feel like a friend... More

We stayed here for the standard 'one night in alice before uluru tour, one night after'. First night was in Seb's Alpine Cabin (Seb is the owner, its his favourite room) and on our return we stayed in the Betty Boop Bus. We (that's myself and my gf) couldnt have loved this hostel more. We had spent 5 weeks travelling... More

I really liked this Hostel. Seb, the proprietor goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. The rooms in the garden are special and lovingly decorated. Mine was done up like a childrens' room, bright colours and sheets. The garden area is also very nice - I especially liked the Reading Room in a little extra building. Bathrooms... More

Friendly staff and awesome service with booking for the tour.Although I have just stayed there for two nights,I love the cute and lovely decorations in the garden. They all make me feel so relaxing like in a resort. The location is quite good as it is not the center of the town but it just takes you 5 minutes to the main...
