I stayed only one night but I really appreciated the spacious and private bathrooms with heater (quite nice during winter). Very clean room and nice bed (not shaking or making noise when you move). Kitchen well organised, stoves at differents places so you can keep moving.

I stayed in 2 different rooms (before and after a tour of Uluru) and both were very clean, as was the bathroom I used. My only complaint would be that there aren't enough hooks in the shower stalls (this seems to be a common problem in hostel showers) - it's such an easy fix and makes showering less stressful when... I was caught out by a mix up with bookings and needed a just one night until my accommodation was available and I got this accommodation at short notice, it was such a relief to have such a pleasant place under these circumstances and I was a little sorry to be leaving so soon. Next to the Todd River, 100... More

I stayed at Alice springs YHA for a little while. I liked the friends I met and met some interesting people. However it was spoilt by very rude house keepers, a ignorant manager, who couldn't even remember my name after doing several jobs for him. I also got bed bugs too, but got no discount when I complained. I also... More

Probably one of my least favorite hostels but loved the customer service. Some washrooms were just horrible. The Rooms were ok but not enough wall adapters ( 2 in a room of 6 people). The location was pretty good, just next to a ATM, mall and the main town streets!

I am always esitant to go to hostels but this one was the best one I have ever stayed. The HYA is located in the centre of Alice Springs, at walking distance from shops and restaurants. Although there are a lot of rooms, the structure is very quiet. The rooms are new and clean, as well as the common spaces.... More

I stayed here for two nights and it is a great place to stay. It is located close to the the mall, rooms and bathrooms are clean. It was pretty quiet when I was there, I was booked into a 8 share dormitory and only two of us were there. But overall, I enjoyed my stay at the YHA.

We stayed 2 days in YHA hostel in Alice springs. The hostel has the best location in the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a swimming pool but in the shadow so you don't really wanna go for a swim. We didn't really enjoy our stay because the hostel is quite big and hard to meet new... More

I stayed at Alice Springs YHA for 2 weeks while in Alice Springs and it was a great place to stay. There were full time cleaners working all day cleaning rooms , doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen - so it was very clean and tidy. There is also a big lounge room where you can hire (for free) movies... More

I stayed in a 12 bed shared room, there were some workers staying in it for weeks, they had to get up early, thus waking me up, note that workers are allowed to stay only up to 14 days, but the management allowed them to stay, also, the room was untidy, and the management did do anything about it, you...
