The rooms are very spread out - you walk outside but undercover to them. They are really motel standard - nothing like a hotel. Rooms service is available but only when the restaurant is open - i tried to order a hamburger at 2pm - got to the restaurant answering machine! We booked the Lasseters with every expecation that it would be more of a 'nicer' hotel. I think we just assumed that because the hotel had a casino attached that it would be slighty more upscale in order to attract more visitors. We stayed three nights here as part of an extended tour of Australia. Our room was excellent, on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool complex and with mountains in the background.
