Great location - walking distance into town along the Todd River and close to various restaurants. The room (with three of us in it) was fairly basic (and with not much room to move) but clean and allowed us to prepare breakfasts and lunches (with provisions from the supermarket in town). It desperately needed a ceiling fan, however, to move... More

Stayed for three nights with two adults and two kids in a villa. With the extra beds the room was pretty cramped - no place to put suitcases/bags. Staff very helpful. The free Wi-Fi was excellent.-nice to see a hotel not charging for this facility. Kids really enjoyed the pool - plenty of shade from the trees. No place to... More

We stayed here for three nights in September with another family in three of the rooms. It was quiet and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. It's right on the banks of the Todd River and within walking distance of town. We enjoyed it here and our only complaint is that over three nights the rooms were only serviced... More

Thank you for your response and it was nice to read your enjoyed yourself at our property. I am sorry to read that your rooms were not cleaned. I are wondering if perhaps the signs "Do not Clean" were facing outwards on the door which means then cleaners would not have come into the rooms. The only other thing is... More

We stayed here after a trip up from Adelaide and found this three-and-a-half star resort was like a tropical oasis in the desert as there are numerous palm trees about the grounds. The facilities were basic but adequate for our needs, decent enough, clean and the area was quiet and as well as safe. Staff we spoke to were friendly... More

Good resort to stay with family or friends, there's a nice swimming pool! It's a little far from downtown! It's a quiet place and comfortable too!! Wifi is not so good but at night is a bit better! You find information about turism attractions

We stayed for two night on our way to Cairns and it was clean and reasonably comfortable. A bit outdated but nice and quiet.. Two nights was plenty.. Walking distance to the casino and a great Thai Indian Restaurant at the Hilton next door.. Not really walking distance to Town.. The free Wi Fi was good.. Golf course next door..

We stayed here a night before and after a 3 day excursion in the outback. This is a good place to stay because it is located a little out of the city center of Alice Springs. Other than that it is not that special. The little houses/bungalows are outdated and some of the lights were not working. The service was... More

we have just returned from 2 weeks at desert palms and really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. After crossing the deserts from Byron bay and camping every night, this was an oasis. We stayed in a large comfortable cabin with attentive staff, great surrounds and excellent pool. There were several carloads of people on this journey and no one had a bad comment. The laundry was very popular as well. The golf course was well attended as well and the park is across...
