Arrived here having travelled overnight in the luxury of the Ghan from Darwin and was brought down to earth! Hotel is located on the fringes of the town on a busy road. No complaints about our room, it was spacious and hotel had laundry facilities, which we found useful. Ate in the restaurant on one of the three nights we... more

The worst place we stayed during our journey in Australia. The (superior???) room was old and stinky as the hotel was; we had to call immediately the roomkeeper because sheets were dirty and pillows had hair (!!!!) on them. We stayed just one night and we was very happy to leave. more

Priced much better than the Ayers Rock Resort and the Kings Canyon Resort who collectively gouged the hell out of us on this vacation. Upon arrival, we were optimistic since the representative was a breath of fresh air in terms of friendliness. But that changed (more in a minute). Our room was flat out old, ugly and in great disrepair.... more

A nothing hotel on the other side of the Todd River from the Alice... staff at the front of house were rude, and the room was nothing better than motel standard. The hotel pretty much caters for the bus trip tour groups, so you get little in the way of peronalised service as an independent traveller. Expensive for what it... more

I stayed at this hotel for three days. Upon arrival I was put off instantly when I was to carry my bags up several steps (no assistance offered!) and found the staff abrupt and not helpful at all. They had just received a group to check-in and I found them unprofessional, which was surprising since Alice Springs is a "tourist... more

As other reviews have said, clean, good location and functional. The pool is freezing (or was in July). more

OK so you've read the reviews, and they're pretty much spot on. This place is a little like Alice Springs itself - adequate, unremarkable, and probably skip-able. But the service was helpful, the rooms clean, and everything worked, so no complaints. Its an easy walk to Todd Mall over the bridge, and there's a (freezing) pool and spa. The restaurant... more

There is not a lot of choice in Alice Springs. This resort was fine for what we paid ($120 per night for a standard room). Staff were all polite. The restaurant was very nice for both breakfast and dinner. more

We stayed in Alice Spring Resort in the beginning of February 2009. Now 3 months later my Master Card has been abused from that place 2 times. I have my Master Card in my hand here, but a person in Alice Springs Resort seems to have a copy. more
