Camp grounds swarming with ants, pool filled with biting beetles when we stayed there, filthy womens amenities, plague of rabbits, disinterested managers who don't live onsite to deal with after hours issues, dirty washing machines, drunk patrons who've taken over the camp kitchen. Yep this park has got the lot.

What a blessing this beautiful caravan lets you have dogs as it is the only place in Alice! Well done Heritage Caravan Park. The staff were welcoming and made sure I was given a cabin with a fence so my dog could run around, a welcome change to most who don't want pets on the grounds

We had a very comfortable stay made easier by the fact the dogs had plenty of space. The staff were always helpful, polite and had plenty of knowledge about the local area. Just a short drive out of town but everything is only a couple of minutes away. Everyone was friendly around the camp with everything (including the kitchen!) being... More

Nice Owners but need to be NOT so nice to enable them to raise their standards. Campers in very small tents ( one man in particular) have taken over the Camp Kitchen, he makes you feel very uncomfortable if you dare to venture in there, ( I wouldn't cook in there anyway it is disgusting, think the health department need... Just to let you know we took your complaint seriously and gave the person an official warning, Unfortunately he still did not comply and was given the required notice of eviction. The camp kitchen is in the progress of being updated, it now has 2 new BBQ;s, New Tiling, New Fridge. Sorry your daughter had no hot water, its usually... More

Nice young couple owners, hard to find dog friendly places! Pool is huge and surroundings are great! It's a bit rough around the edges but hey your staying in a caravan park! $15 per night for unpowered camping is hard to beat and I have been here for over a month.

Travelling with 2 dogs couldn't ask for a better place that suited our needs. Toilets are clean able to lite a fire set up the camper with plenty of room. Staff very friendly a little bit out of town but pre planning prevents any issues.

New owners are trying hard to improve this caravan park, which is one of only two in town that is dog friendly. Hiwever my disabled husband was irritated at having to place the toilet in the car to empty it. I can't understand why there is a gorgeous, huge pool, but no toilet dump. Also, some permanent residents have dogs... More

Unfortunately we are on Septic system at the caravan park which cant handle the chemicals of portable toilets, there is only one official dump point provided by the council, where the waste can be properly treated and the water recycled. More
