Does the place have kangaroos? Absolutely. Is the owner nuts? You better believe it. It wasn't so much that she kept hitting on my husband, or the fact that there were maintenance men outside the window (eek!) when we were getting up in the morning, the real pain was the fact that using the AC seemed like pulling teeth. I... More

This is not our cup of tea. You do not have very much privacy. The living room is shared with the host. Small room, no place to put your suitcase. Breakfast is good. There is a need for maintenance in the house and the garden.

This is a very nice place! The house is huge but only 3 rooms are available and it makes us feel in a very familiar place. Behind the house there's a backyard where wild kangaroos come for water at the sunset. Debbie, the owner, was very kind to us as she upgraded us to the suite with kangaroos sight for... More

The style is that of a log cabin with nice clean bedrooms. In the evening kangaroos come to linger, and if you are an overseas visitor, this is certainly appealing, as we did not actually see too many kangaroos on our trip. The downside is that the swimming pool area and garden could certainly make use of a gardener. The... More

This is a nice B & B with a fun landlady who is very welcoming and kind . We were treated to tea and homebaking on arrival and got lots of helpful advice from Deborah who is great company . The breakfast was fabulous and very generous as it was only afterwards I stopped by the supermarket leaving town and... More

We stayed here before and after our wayoutback tour to Uluru . Deborah the host is welcoming, helpful , kind , considerate and even provided transport at 5 .35 am to our pick up. The accommodation is ideal with thoughtful touches , swimming pool and regular kangaroo visitors .

Alice station is a little bed and breakfast, very nicely decorated and very welcoming. The owner, Deborah, is really nice and very helpful and do her best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are spotless and cute, the breakfast is big and very good and, at dusk, you can see kangaroos and birds behind the pool,... More

Excellent BB-Inn. Very warm welcome by the hostess, tea and coffee. A lot of information available. Prepared to help. Kangoeroos and cacketoes in the garden, pleasant experience. Nice, clean room and bathroom. 15-20 minutes walk from Alice Spring centre. Excellent breakfast. Martine & Philippe (Belgium).

We loved staying at Alice Station B&B! From the very beginning, our Host, Deborah, went above and beyond our expectations! She went out of her way to help us get around town, since we didn not have a caar. She took us into town to see the wonderful Aboriginese ladies at the Aboriginese Art Centre. While we wandered around, enjoying... More

Good points- hostess extremely welcoming, friendly and informative. The B&B has free wifi. HOWEVER we found the premises overall untidy and in some places, in our opinion, dirty, both inside and outside. The bedroom did not have TV or tea/coffe making facilities, which seemed odd considering the cost of a stay here. These were available in the lounge/kitchen and were shared... More
