I have been a member of Big 4 and a long time customer to many parks in Australia but this one takes the cake...This is the Best Big 4 Holiday Park I have ever visited. If you are into Caravanning and Camping, look no further than this Park when in the The Red Centre. Just Awesome

Beware this establishment is selling Deluxe Villa cabins online for $250.00 per night. Then upon checking In we were put in an ensuite Cabin room which they sell for $140.00 per night. They acknowledged fully that we did not get what we paid for and could not care less. The owner which we asked to speak to several times did... More

We continually strive to meet or exceed our guests expectations and it is with deep regret that our guest was not satisfied with her accommodation or our service. We have learned what our guest did not like about this particular accommodation and how it did not meet her expectations or the description of other Deluxe Villas in the Park. However,... More

Really wonderful park- helpful staff, fantastically clean toilets and hot showers. So much for the kids to do also- jumping pillow a favourite, and night activities. After a rough couple of days, it was lovely to have such a spacious site amongst well kept trees. We've had 3 wonderful nights and would highly recommend!

3 nights ensuite tent camping. Ensuite was a huge success as it doubled as a store room for all our stuff. Lots of events put on by the park. Musical event with Barry skipsey was funny and excellent. Great central base for all alice springs has to offer. Great friendly staff too.

One year later, this park is even better than in 2013. It has just about all the facilities you need and more. Caravan sites are spacious. The amenities blocks are newly refurbished. There is plenty of play space for children. As well, an almost endless supply of free pancakes on Sunday were a great surprise. The best place to stay... More

Huge park but with great facilities for the kids with jumping pillows, playgrounds, pools, go karts for hire and a games room. Nightly activities during peak season if you wish to involve yourself. Amenities are excellent. Young girl in the shop was very friendly and polite. Good service also at check in. Would stay again even though it's out of... More

Stayed during the finke dessert race and the park was full, but have to say was very quiet. Did not need the jumping pillow, but would be great if you had a family. enjoyed our stay. Stayed in our caravan, for a big 4 was expensive., but was our choice.

Spacious cabin fit a family of 5 in comfort and are well provisioned and with Pay TV selection. Fantastic facilities for the kids. BBQ facilities are great and work well. The park is very well presented. The pancake / coffee van is a brilliant idea for winter.

My husband & I stayed here for 1 night on our way to Darwin. We were so impressed we decided to stay there 3 nights on the way back. Very friendly staff, clean amenities, great entertainment. We had an unpowered site which had shadecloth on the ground. If we travel to Alice Springs again we will definitely stay there again.... More

We stayed here with 3 kids in May this year and really enjoyed our stay. 2 jumping pillows and small playground for kids to play on. They had nightly activities if you wanted to join in and the free pancake breakfast on a Sunday (it's on EVERY Sunday) morning was both delicious and social. Kids stayed free in May, so... More
