Great location and modern fit out. Surly staff member greeting us when we arrived a little late in the evening took me aback. Ground floor rooms are noisy especially on the eastern side (due to club/pub that has dance music till 2am a few doors down). The Thirsty Crow Brewery opposite is superb.

It is a little bit expensive, (great for special occasions) but you get excellent service, excellent staff, the food is fantastic and the place has a fantastic atmosphere. It is very clean and is run by the owners with great/friendly customer service. Have dinner then go and sit out in the lounge area to relax with a coffee or after... More

The last time I was in Wagga the hotels were pretty ordinary and the motels not much better. But things have changed for this large vibrant Riverina town and there is a broad range of accommodation now on offer. On a business trip and we chose the Mantra Pavillion on spec but were a little surprised by the large circus-tent... More

Give me a super comfy bed, a clean room and quiet but effective air-conditioning and I'm usually happy. This was the case when I stayed at the Pavilion recently. While it is not 5-star by any means the hotel ticks all boxes. The hotel has had a recent facelift and rooms are modern with tea and coffee making facilities and... More

We spend a night at this hotel in 2013. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the room was very luxurious. The service and food at the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Stayed one night while in wagga to pick up a motorbike.Staff were very helpful, and were able to find me a safe park for my trailer and bike , as requested. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable and very quiet.Great location with craft brewerey across the road, and the racetrack (horses) town centre and RSL club an... More

Stopped through on my way back to Canberra, amazing service and a real treat to see people taking the service industry seriously. Certainly could teach other hotels a few things. Thanks for the treat!

I stayed at this hotel on the way home from Dubbo. I booked over the phone and got a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and well appointed. After a long couple of days driving I had an excellent nights sleep. Would stay again and recommend to others.

I stayed one night recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the room layout to the dinner and breakfast. Staff were obliging and courteous even when I requested some more red wine jus for my filet steak it was brought with charm and efficiency - well done (not the steak which was cooked perfectly to my request). Stayed a few... More
