I checked the reviews prior to booking but wasn't sure. The staff were very friendly. The family room was pretty large for the five of us and we were rather pleased. Very neat and clean, and value for money. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sydney.

I visited sydney for a business trip the on 20th July. My travel agent had booked this hotel as this was centrally located. I reached the hotel a bit late and asked the lady at the reception if she can modify my booking as I now have to spend few days in melbourne. The lady at reception (Monica) is the... More

Stayed in July for one night, booked a superior king room based on hotels picture of a superior king room. Called hotel day before to seek directions on arrival in Sydney, got the answer machine and no one returned my call. When we arrived at Central Station called hotel and got incorrect directions - which resulted in 30mins delay in... More

We stayed here because Air NZ had a great deal on their website for three nights accommodation, plus it is right in Central Sydney. Due to the price and previous reviews on here, I must say our expectations were not high, except that we would have a clean, safe room in which to rest our heads. So from this perspective,... More

While this hotel is centrally located and close to the Central train station, there is little else positive I can say. The building is not well maintained, and the staff seem overworked. The little things are missing. For example I did not have enough hangers in my room for my week stay. I asked for a couple more. They said... More

Purely functional, a very well located zero fills place to sleep. Do not expect anything more and you will not be disappointed. Recommended max price for booking would be $125. Positives: location. Friendly staff. Clean. Negative: bare bones.

It was a transit hotel for us and we spent pretty much only few hours there, so I can’t really say many things about this hotel. The hotel is small but it is located just few blocks away from the central station which is good for travelers who want to explore the Sydney CBD. The room is also small but... More

Quiet location, convenience store next door, transport close by, Haymarket Shopping Centre and Paddys Market all in walking distance, China Town also very close - easy walk. Booking in was easy. Room was excellent - slept seven people. Beds comfy and room clean. Would totally recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with the accommodation. It was quiet and clean. Just perfect for an overnight stay in the City. I will stay here again next time I have a night out in Sydney. It was much cleaner and better value than other cheap hotels I have stayed in in Sydney.
