I stayed alone here for one night, and felt safe and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the room came with a fan and a computer which was very handy for a traveler. The en suite bathroom was clean, and there was a fridge, and free wifi. I feel that this place is seriously underrated for the great location it is.... More

Arrived around around 4:00pm from Canberra. Office was locked and unattended. After climbing the stairs to look for concierge/ hotel clerk who wasn't in his room either, I rang the hotel on my phone. Concierge/ hotel clerk said he'd meet us in 15 mins. Room was spartan (and we pay for the deluxe twin with bathroom). Ripped the back of... More

I stayed here for one night. All I needed was a place to dump my bags, a bed and a shower. I got exactly that. Great location & friendly staff. The hotel had everything I needed at a reasonable price, I would definitely stay here again.

We had no-one arguing next door. We had our own bathroom [described as double room with en-suite] but when you sat on the loo your feet were under the shower curtain. We had clean sheets, the bed was super-comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We had bowls and plates, mugs, cutlery and fridge and electric jug to boil water. The room... More

This hotel is in a very good location. About a 15/20 minute walk to town and right opposite central staton. It is a very cheap hotel and therefore (in my opinion) attracts the wrong type of clientele. We are 2 young women travelling alone, and I don't think I have ever felt so uncomfortable in a hotel before. We were... More

The good: Great location particularly if you need access to Central Train Station. There's a PC in the room. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that offered this. And although we didn't use it, it was strangely satisfying to know that it was there. The not so good: There's no lift. And if you're on the third floor like... More

Originally booked 5 nights however after reading reviews on here changed it to 3, when we arrived they tried to charge us $70 extra for changing the booking. After a heated debate with reception staff the issue was resolved with us paying half the amount requested, got up to the room which didn't have any windows which made it look... More

If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and leave stuff if your out in the city then this place is adequate, not great but adequate. I will say that the beds themselves were comfortable enough and I slept well but if you are intending to spend any time at all in your room, to say the... More
