Great Location, monorail stop opposite hotel, but very easy walk into darling harbour. We stayed 3 nights. The room was very well appointed, big comfy bed with lovely soft white sheets, everything was very clean . The full kitchen was a surprise as we only had a studio room, but it was spacious and well equiped for basic cooking. The... More

This Hotel is the worst accommodation I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. After a pleasant stay at the Oaks at the Entrance a while ago I rang the Goldsbourgh to enquire about disabled access for my wife and was told that her access to the facilities and the rooms would not be a problem. In particular that access... More

The hotel is ok but reception was terrible. One on the desk and a long que. Allowed people to push in. Made us wait for 20 minutes. Rooms looked warn. Pool ok but too much chlorine. Close to darling harbour.

After bedbugs and a manager in hiding, what else could we have endured? The worst had occurred. And yet our troubles persisted until we decided to flee for our sanity. The concerned night manager helped us move our belongings at midnight after I discovered dozens of bugs poring out of the hide-a-bed, (appearing to be decades old based on dust,... More

Older style studio apartment, standby rate not overly competitive. Upon entering room it was noted that the room did not match the pictures online AT ALL! There was no flat screen tv, the stove was really old, but the worst was the filthy shower, with dirty grout and shower grime in the corners. The shower leaked, as did the dishwasher... More

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here mainly due to location and access to monorail and light rail and the self contained rooms. We always ask for 5th floor or above as it seems to be slighter quieter on those levels. Previous times we have had a room with harbourview, this time harbourview rooms were unavailable. The room... The hotel is within easy reach of darling Harbour for shops and restaurants, we managed to walk most of the city from there but you can use the monorail (stop outside the hotel) for some and would recommend the hop on hop off tour bus as the stop is outside the convention centre. The room was very basic but had... More

Stayed 3 nights and although the location is convenient and security good, the apts. were dark, dreary, and had a jail-like feeling. Windows opened into central enclosed passage way of multiple levels so it was noisy as the sounds of people echoed throughout day and night. Plan on getting outside if you stay here since not only is it just... More
