They claimed to run a 4 place but it was so rough inside and the staff so unhelpful. We had to switch rooms as our airconditioning did not work and we got 3 different replies and the high chair that was requested did not materaliase. I stayed here for three weeks with my two young children and a friend. The staff did not help me when they saw me struggling with my luggage and I had to get the luggage trolley myself even though I had my hands full. This place is awful. It's location is OK but not great, the apartments are small and the decor is old and dirty. The bathrooms are horrible - small, old, dirty. Stayed a night in a one bedroom apartment facing Darling Harbour . The only negative thing was it was a bit to noisy both inside the building and out.
