The b and b website is totally deceiving, the location is under a bridge, the room we had Parkes , was a dump, even had a spare bed in a kitchen, furniture was as listed on website except you wouldn't buy it in a junk shop. You can stay in a decent hotel for the same money. A bit grubby. more

This B+B is in the Rocks which is the best area of Sydney as far as I am concerned. Its location is perfect with a short walk to the harbour area.
