We stayed one night to have dinner with family in Kings Cross. Service was excellent, location to Kings Cross, the station and a morning walk into the gardens was superb. Room was spacious but not huge - perfect for the two of us. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I started the Australian leg of our honeymoon here and could not asked for anything more! The room was unique and had everything we needed. We were right next to the water feature and I was slightly concerned that the water would be running all night but thankfully it wasn't. The bed was very comfortable which is... More

My husband and I, together with another couple, had the pleasure of staying at this lovely boutique hotel recently (we had two rooms). Our cruise ship had been delayed and we were desperately trying to find accommodation in Sydney CBD. From the first phone call, Luke could not have been more helpful. He said he definitely had one room available,... More

Can't recommend this enough. The smell of lavender and the beautiful pink walls was something we never tired of after walking the mean streets of Sydney. Beautiful sheets, decor and friendly, helpful staff who even stood in the rain to hail us a cab. We'll be making sure friends know this is the best place to stay in Sydney. Situated... More

Very nicely appointed, modern little boutique hotel in a quiet location, close to good restaurants, and Kings Cross train station if you're not up for walking to the CBD. Some rooms face a soothing fountain, if only it ran at night! The window shutters do not make the room totally dark, so if you sleep in bring some eye mask... More

Was in Sydney for a night stay and arrive in Sydney at 7.20am flight. Upon arriving at hotel, Luke whom was on duty is very kind to highlight that I am too early for my check in (which I truly understand), as normal checkin in most hotel is from 2pm onwards. Luke knows that I arrived very early and assured... More

Just stayed one night for business but a very good modern hotel in an old terrace. Room well appointed with kitchenette and nice and quiet. Great location near Victoria St bars and restaurants and only a short taxi or bus ride to CBD. Can also walk to Kings Cross rail station.

My husband and I spent the final 2 nights of a 2+ week trip here, and wished we could have had more time! Medusa is a great hotel. Our room was a good size and well appointed with closet space, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with nice toiletries. The hotel is in a great location on a quiet residential... More

Wonderful location, we walked most places, awesome restaurants nearby. Wanted to avoid the anonymous big hotel chains and were looking for a more intimate experience. Met at the door by the Luke who was the most fabulous and knowledgeable guide as well a delight to chat with.

We travelled up to Sydney to visit St Vincents hospital for a specialist visit by my daughter, it turned into many visits, we stayed at Medusa more than once. The Hotel staff were the best and looked after us very well, my daughter cannot climb stairs so they always made sure they had a ground floor room, was still some... More
