Small, clean and modern- had the simple basic offerings of a boutique hotel. Location is right amongst where the action is at in Kings Cross, everything you need is also close by to train, supermarket, gym, cafes, restaurants etc.

I am writing a review to assist others looking at this property. I read the other reviews with a grain of salt, including the one where people were locked out of their rooms. I decided that mistakes happen, and I would still try to make a booking. The man on the other end of the phone was so rude and... More

Rooms are small and spare but this is offset by the location and convenience with easy access to public transport (train station is half a block away). There are also lots of trendy restaurants and a vibrant night life with clubs frequented by young professionals. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do.

From check in we had great service! This is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Its location is great, right around the corner from king cross station only one stop away from city central. Its easy to walk to the Sydney sites from here if you would like to. King cross is also a vibey and trendy area to... More

This 'boutique' lodge is nothing of the sort. Our train was delayed getting into sydney so we arrived after the 6pm close of reception. Our key had been stored In the keylock safe outside which we retrieved with no difficulty. However when we got up to our room the door wouldn't open. After 20-30 calls to the managers mobile and... This really is a boutique lodge and has a nice hip feel to it and a real sense of style. The location is perfect for a city stay away from the noise of Kings Cross and yet close to all the attractions of Potts Point and with nice green outlooks from the rooms. I found it immaculately clean and loved... More

No one at check in on arrival, cleaner had to get someone for us. We were shown to the room and forgot about the initial service as the room was impressive, clean and comfortable. However we couldn't get the wifi to work in the room, when downstairs and reception was empty again, it was the same story for the following... More

As all the reviews before us there was no one to check us in on arrival at 12 noon. The excuse given was that it was a Sunday and the reception is closed. We checked ourselves in with the help of a carpenter who was working in the lobby. Actually were pleasantly surprised with the room but the biggest disappointment... More

I loved this place! My room was very clean, cozy and comfortable, everything looks brand new. I also had free wifi in my room. The staff is very friendly and they always will be helping you! The check in was very fast and easy, not as other places in Sydney. Also, the bathrooms were clean everyday. Thats right, You have... More

Just read review by jujujackabee and I concur 100%. Without doubt the worst hotel/lodge/motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Nobody was there on arrival, bathroom facilities were atrocious. They were never cleaned with half used shampoos and soaps still left from previous guests. With shared bathroom facilities this is unforgiveable. Room was so small there was... More
