Our room was pleasant and quiet comfortable for the price plus it was right outside the pool, which was amazing. I would definitely stay here again but would not use the car park. It was difficult to get into even without a low car, going down the levels was a nightmare and would hate to have found a car trying... More

However I apologise for any inconvenience caused. For future stays, our Front Desk can make alternative arrangements on arrival. I’m glad you found our accommodation to be... More

We stayed for 4 nights in a triple pool side room on the third floor the floor above the pool actually. The room was a decent size for a triple and clean enough although the bathroom had mould on the wall and the shower had a trickle at best. The internet was not free unless you booked directly on their... More

Although I paid for a very basic room, I found this hotel quiet, clean and very comfortable. The room was a good size and quiet in the evenings. As it was near the pool it did get a bit noisy in the day. Unfortunately some pool users ignored the sign which asked them to consider other guests and keep noise... More

Hi Criticaltraveler86, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s unfortunate your stay was hindered by certain services and facilities. Compared to surrounding hotels, our hourly charge is quite reasonable, however we also offer complimentary Wi-Fi as an exclusive benefit to those that book directly online. In a competitive market such as Sydney’s, the rates you pay... More

We spent 2 nights in a comfortable and quiet room . Amenities were simple but what we expected for the cost. We will be back again, as we loved the location, restaurants, bars and cafés in the area. Close to transport and the city. Everything my husband and I needed , a great find for us. Helen

This hotel is reasonably priced, has nice rooms and nice furniture. The staff are helpful. In fact it would be great, were it not for the fact that the rooms we were offered ranged between being intolerably noisy to very noisy. Great value for money hotel - I booked this place for my boyfriend and I for a night out in Sydney, as opposed to always staying in our friend's lounge room.
