I stayed at the Blue Parrot in the Potts Point neighborhood of Sydney for one week, and loved it. Potts Point is right above Kings Cross, and although it's a little far from the center of town, it's a nice walk across the Botanical Gardens to get there. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe.
