We were in Sydney for a few days (for a wedding), and have stayed in many hostels, so were happy to book a cheap private room close to the wedding location. I am originally from Sydney so I know the area well. This hostel is about 5 - 10 minutes from the centre of Kings Cross, which is great for... More

Oh my god!!! Disgusting, disgusting, and completely disgusting. I've never seen any disgusting hostel like this in my life. People smoking and drinking inside & outside. They even blocked the narrow entry. Party all night on the top of the background noisy. Police turned up three times one night. Room & bathroom have molds everywhere, smells just fungus / uncleaned... More

This hostel was a complete let down. I know backpackers aren't meant to be flash but our bathroom didn't even have a door... that was in our "new room" we were moved to after our first one had bed bugs! The room had mold all over the ceiling, it hadn't been cleaned EVER and the bathroom was right by the... More

I wish I saw the reviews before coming here, as this place is just like said below - dump to stay away from full of drunks yelling, drinking, smoking pot, and having music loud from uhm 10 pm last night till 6 this morning. And yes, the place is filthy

DISGUSTING HOTEL. Room was not the same as booked. It claims that room as shower but upon arrival we realised that there was no toilet in room and had to use common bathroom. Room was disgusting, please pay a bit more to avoid this place. We booked for to night and left the next day.

Terrible rooms and worse service. Arrived late at night with two heavy bags and the reception was rude and unhelpful. The room was old and disgusting. Very dirty. Would not recommend staying here ever. I payed a ridiculous amount for the worst place I've ever stayed

Thinking about sleep? (novel idea) Forget it the three nights were like trying to sleep in the middle of drunken night club. Quietness arrived at 04:00 in the morning - just as well check out is at 10:00. As far as cleanliness is concerned I hope you like mould and wet toilet paper strewn toilets and filthy kitchens areas. Give... More

Avoid it like the plague, filthy and disgusting is the only way to describe it. It gets 1 star because trip advisor doesn't allow you to enter zero. Booked a room for $85 on Wotif and got free pick up from the airport as we were staying 3 nights. Took 2 hours for the shuttle to turn up, not an... More

I stayed here for one night in a "double room with a shower". Unfortunately I had wrongly assumed there was a toilet as well but no! So I had to use the communal toilets which were pretty bad - there was soap but nowhere to dry hands. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean which is the only positive... More

No review can reflect how bad this hostel is!!! The staff: miserable, unhelpful, clearly didn't want to be there (I can't blame him). The dorm: dirty, cramped, noisy, uncomfortable beds thus resulting in poor sleep quality. The bathroom: oh my god!!! I could not believe my eyes. Toilet brush been leaking onto the floor for years. One working shower minus... More
