We wanted somewhere within walking distance to Cicular Quay, but for a decent price. This hotel was nice, clean, friendly staff, decent room and great location. About a 15 min walk to Circular Quay, very close to Queen Victoria Building for shopping/eating/drinking and close to many other restaurants and bars. Also close to train station to get to the airport... More

We recently stayed at this hotel and loved the location , within walking distance to many of a Sydney's attractions . The room was very spacious for 4adults with two separate sleeping areas each with its own television The bathroom was modern and the whole room was very clean . The staff were so friendly and helpful We would reccomend... More

we booked 2 units of family room, 2nd & 3rd floor, the bath room looks like newly renovated, room are clean and tidy, no problem with the hot shower. Although room facing street, but not so noisy as they said. Single bed size is smaller than common size but acceptable still, because i am small size too. The only problem... More

Worst hotel stay of our trip. Super noisy location (on a Saturday night) and poor sound insulation - even earplugs didn't help. We were on the second floor facing the street; perhaps it's less noisy on a higher floor. Dirty bathroom - extensive mildew, crud in corners, hair in sink. Nice communal kitchen area on the 2nd floor. Staff promptly... More

I stayed here in June for two nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was small (single room) but very clean, quiet and with all the amenities you need. I would stay here again when returning to Sydney.

Good central location. Room small but adequate. Some traffic noise. Room clean. Walking to the harbour areas easy. Dining plenty of restaurants around. Staff surley, unhelpful, disinterested. Not once in two days were we acknowledged leaving or entering. On arrival our key was just thrown across the counter at us. A course in customer service should be top priority!

Our room was small but newly renovated. We were on the 2nd floor street side and the noise was very loud. And our bed was hard, so no sleep. The 2nd floor has a communal lounge area so that was nice. The location was great, within walking distance of everything - even though Sydney is very much up and down... More

We got unlucky - in the past our shower had leaked and damaged the carpet outside the bathroom, and the damage was cleaned (I assume...) but not repaired!! A large patch of carpet was worn to the subfloor, with discolouration all around it. If they would just replace the carpet in that room, it would have been lovely - really... More

First impressions were the carpark. We had booked carparking for our 4WD and they could accommodate us. It was tight to get in and not much available space so if you require it, book it. It is a lot cheaper than the normal city carparks. The hotel was welcoming and the staff extremely helpful. Our room was small but ample... More
