I spent two nights at this hotel recently whilst at a conference in the CBD and this was a great location for that and access to Darling Harbour. The rooms are small but clean and seem to have been recently improved. I was on the side away from the main street so noise wasn't an issue. The bed just fits... More

Really great location for Darling Harbour. Situated between Wynyard and Town Hall train stations. Less than five minute walk to all of above. Very pleasant staff, basic room although looking a little weary it was clean. Accommodation only, no restaurant or bar but plenty within a couple of minutes walk. OK for a short stay.

What a beautiful little hotel tucked away in central Sydney! I had to make a last minute business trip, and struggled to find accommodation where I usually stay. This hotel was just brilliant, clean and classy, very quiet with a large comfy bed and surprisingly large bathroom! My room had obviously been recently renovated, and it was worthy of a... More

We stayed in this hotel in two ocasions. For one night at the beginning of October and later on for 5 nights. We booked the hotel through Booking.com as the City Enterprise Hotel. The first night we arrived at around 8pm, checked-in was fast, however we had a little problem with our room which was not ready (no sheets or... More

We stayed here for four nights in late September. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the stench hit us. Smelt like wet carpet, or similar. We found black mould ALL around the large windows, and after feeling ill from the strange smell all night, we requested the room be assessed and also we requested to move... More

Yes, this is your basic hotel, but check the prices! I thought it was a good value. Busses and grocery store are located 2 blocks away on George St. (look for the free bus #555). Once on George St. you can get anywhere on public transportation. The hotel itself is nondescript with a nonexistent lobby and a small elevator. We... More

This place is in a good location, the staff are freindly and there is everything you need, but its not very clean marks all over the place, dust on lamp shades, skirting boards and windows need a good clean, rooms are rather small and the bathroom doors are slightly visible to see in and since i was sharing with my... City Hotel is nice enough, nice staff and great location Just two streets away from all the action of Sydney shopping - QVB, Sydney Tower and Darling Harbour. Just stayed 3 nights. I'm use to these hotels because i know I'm out all day exploring the city and it's just a place to sleep and dump my stuff. It was... More

Only stayed here as a stopover whilst on transit to other destinations, the room was very small & had a slightly musty smell about it. It is a cheap place to stay in the city, but only for an overnight stay, ask for a room away from the main street, otherwise traffic noise will keep you awake
