These rooms are great value for money and close to Central Station, however, the rooms are a little noisy - there is a bit of traffic during the night. The pool area is fantastic, the spa and sauna are great and there are lots of cafes to visit if you would rather get outside for coffee etc. I would stay... More

Have read so many mixed reviews about this place, i wasn't quite sure what to expect. Upon our arrival we greeted by lovely friendly staff. Was a little disappointed to see the inground aquarium looking a bit dirty, but i guess this happens, and it did look lovely and fresh after cleaning later in the day. The superior rooms are... More

I spent one night here and have stayed here previously, too. It is close to Central Station and a short jog to Hyde Park and the Domain (I like to jog!). I always find it to be clean, though some of the rooms coupld use a renovation to make them more modern. This time I was upgraded to a better... More

Great location, nice room but you can't open a window, Mathew was our angel. He was on duty in the reception and did his job excellent. Breakfast is elegant but very expensive. Very helpfully staff. More

We got a good deal on a 'superior room' however the place isn't very superior at all. The walls and doors are showing a lot of wear, the bathroom is dated, the bed is a little saggy and all in all it sort of feels like you're sleeping in a dated office or something. However its very clean, the location... More

We checked in here for a night closer to the airport on our first leg of a trip with my husband. I am pregnant and wanted a quick break before going away. We have managed to get the room for $115.00 on WOTIF so were very happy as a mystery deal to see it was the Sebel. When we arrived... More

This hotel is rated 4 star but in my opinion is a 3 1/2 star hotel trying to be a 4 star. Nonethess. I thought it was extraordinary value for a modern hotel on the fringes of the Sydney CBD. We got a cheap deal through Wotif (4 star mystery hotel deal) and I expected a nice room looking at... More

The pros: The hotel is well positioned, not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the CBD, but within walking distance to Central Station (convenient if you don't have a car and want to explore Sydney). The staff were friendly throughout the stay, and agreed to our request to be on a higher floor. King size bed... More
