You get to adjust to a kitchen that is constantly being cleaned, no matter what time you cook- yet is relentlessly filthy and filled with cockroaches. Unclean, noisy, had a fire extinguisher let off in the dinning room and then on a crowd of people outside, followed by two fire engines then the next night a smashed dinning room window. Not the place to send your kids lol but it's all a learning curve and an experience!
