Stayed here for a few weeks with my brother. I had a great time. Yes it's basic but it's what you pay for. I couldn't find anywhere else for this price with its location. Yeah some things need fixed but it's clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable place to sleep at night. Staff are young and happy and always willing... More

My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights after moving out of our apartment. We had read some pretty bad reviews prior to our stay, which made us a bit nervous, but we tried to remain positive. That positivity started to dwindle right away. First impression, it's a bit rundown and looked like a frat house with people everywhere.... More

Good location, cheap, nice friendly staff. That's it. Bad conditions, a lot of the power outlet did not work in the rooms, the toilets are filthy. Good thing, hot shower, lights, doors and windows works. Some guy got mixed up and didn't had a bed for that night so he had to go down stairs and sort things out. A... More

Well. I stayed here 3 times as it was cheap and the location is fantastic and there's a good cafe attached that do meal deals 3 times a week for $10. No wifi at all. If your looking for great location this is it. Some of the lockers in the rooms are damaged and this hostel is very loud come... More

We had a very friendly welcome, the staff were extremely helpful. It was a perfectly reasonable place to stay and was clean. There are 3 communal areas with seating: an eating area by the kitchen, which shut and was locked at 11pm on the Sunday night we stayed , with seating for maybe 40people at a push; and the area... BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS..... I stayed here for several nights and changed rooms several times because of the bed bugs situation. Every time it got mentioned to staff all they would do is steam clean the carpets and spray the mattresses with bug spray... great. These bugs are the size of a normal human beings small finger nail,... More

Totally overpriced for what it is. You don't even get proper blankets, when you request blankets you get something that resembles a hessian sack. Toilets are DISGUSTING. The mess from the toilets even makes its way out to the hallway. Showers full of hair and very dirty. Ants everywhere, bad smell. Bin not empty from the previous people staying in... More

Where to begin? Despite saying they offer airport pickup until 830pm, and confirming via email that we'd be picked up, when we got to the airport at quarter to 8 no one would answer the phone, and when we did eventually get a hold of someone they said it was too late to send someone to pick us up (even... This is an absolutely average hostel. It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. We stayed in a double room, which was quite large with shelves to place our stuff. There was also an elevator, which suited us perfectly, as we were placed on the third floor. Toilets and showers were dirty, maybe cleaned once during our 5-night stay.... More

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We are upgrading, repairing and painting the building constantly. We also clean the toilets, showers, kitchen, floors and dinning area twice daily. It simply is not true that we clean so infrequently. Our hostel is very busy and often mess is left by other guests - hence the twice daily clean. We are... More
