Rooms are adequate even though arguably outdated. The family run B&B is very friendly with great breakfast. Even though noone is on site after 2-3pm, there is a contact number. There are plently of restaurants around (awesome Thai next door), but the area does have a lot of red light activity later in the night. We e.joyed our stay

Couldn't have found a better budget hotel! We spent 5 nights here and the hosts were very helpful, breakfasts were fabulous. Location is great, close to buses and train, lots of restaurants, can even walk to Opera House and Circular Quay if ambitious.

Everything you need to be comfortable. Room spacious, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Breakfast good, coffee great. George is very helpful, does what he says, gives ideas on itineries. Location very central, Kings Cross lively. If staying for a few days the 7 day public transport ticket for buses trains and ferries is good value at 44 dollars
