Fantastic location, rooms are silent, comfortable and if you are lucky with an amazing view. Bondi beach is full of young peolple, shops and markets. Great location - faultless. Just across the road to the beach, that's why you would stay here. Strange that the shops underneath are practically empty... The Location is great AND THAT IS ALL!!. By this I mean access to Bondi Beach..but trust me..you do not want to stay here.NEVER EVER!!! This is the 4th time I stayed in The Swiss Grand at Bondi and it is by no means Grand anymore. We Paid $1000 AUD for 5 nights and were really disappointed. They started to renovate the hotel years ago and we have never yet had a new style room (like the nice ones in the pictures on the website!)... more
