Stayed at the grace hotel - the rooms were nice and comfortable. Great beds and pillows. The bar was a bit rundown but the coffee shop was wonderful. If you enjoy walking (which i do) a good 20 - 30 min walk to opera house. Close to many shops and restaurants. Expensive internet . Great Cappacino's more

I have stayed at a few of Sydney's 5 star hotels and this is definately not somewhere I would return to. On a recent stay at the Jamison where the staff welcome and greet you at the door, take luggage to your room and have ample parking available under the hotel this place was closer to 3 star than 5.... more

Staying two nights here for the first trip to Sydney. The reception and room are beautiful with a good fusion of contemporary chic and colonial elegance. We stayed at the Grace on Easter week-end. The location is good, within walking distance to the harbor and Opera house and shopping. We did not find the staff to be particularly helpful when it came to information about tours or things to do. If the brochure wasn't on the rack then they weren't very well informed about the attraction.... more

We only booked in to the Grace because we couldn't get our first choice - but were we in luck! This is a great hotel! It has slightly faded grandeur, really helpful staff, large comfy rooms, is quiet despite being in the CBD (just ask for a higher floor) and it's location is perfect - just a walk from everywhere!... more
