Good location, we arrived in the evening from overseas and stayed overnight before continuing our journey home to the north coast. Easy to access from airport being only a couple hundred meters from Wynyard train station.

Poor room fit out (room 1704), no internet, shower not up to any reasonable standard. Budget hotel with cellar standards. Avoid. Despite numerous requests to fix internet, staff unable to provide solution. Half hour free wifi offered in lobby to compound the situation. General shabbiness throughout the hotel.

We stayed here one Friday night in August on a Wotif mystery 'executive room' 4 star deal for $109. We arrived quite late and got put on the 22nd floor - up a flight of stairs from the last floor the elevator goes to. On first view the room seemed okay, but it soon became apparant that the room was... More

Stayed last Saturday night for one night with a friend due to having a night out in the City. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the usual inclusions, we had two comfy double beds. The décor was modern and clean, well stocked mini bar and rather large bathroom. Happy hour down stairs in the small bar area. All... More

Could not sleep well as the room was too hot and it was winter. Air-conditioning was unable to cool the room sufficiently to sleep. The window was too small to let enough cool air in although it did let a lot of road noise in instead. Will not stay here again

1. Centralized air conditioning?!?!?! U feel cold does not mean i'm feeling cold?? I have to open the small window to let cool air in. If not. Its gonna be stuffy. 2. Room walls have cracks everywhere. Have a look at the photos. 3. Kettle is algae infested. See submitted photos. 4. Towel hanger is broken see submitted photo. 5.... More

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Poor service and rooms are small. In our bathroom the paint is peeling in a number of places with frayed towels. The breakfast area was quite nice but the breakfast itself was alittle underdone. The reception staff were not helpful and we were just treated as a number. There was... More

Apart from the bed being too hard and the bathroom lighting being difficult for makeup. The Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. But the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Not good

Great location, easily accessible from the airport and only a short walk to city shopping and Circular Quay. Was able to check in and had a room made available well before check in time. Was upgraded to a larger room, though as I was on my own this was a no benefit. The downside was that I could hear the... More

very good location. only issue we had on the first night was there were road works outside the hotel from 10pm-6am. not really the hotels fault but i didnt get much sleep that night as our room was facing the road with the works on a the the time. other than that the place was fine to stay.
