I stopped in Sydney in advance of my trip to check out accommodations, and was shown a small but nice room with outdoor seating area and booked it. When I arrived with my family, I was told that room was unavailable, and was given a dirty, small room without outdoor area--a classic "bait and switch." I would avoid this place. more
