Me and my husband stayed at Travelodge for 3 nights during our honeymoon in Sydney. The location is pretty near to Martin Place train station which makes it a good location for first-time tourist to Sydney like me. What surprised me and my husband was the microwave and sink area. Most hotels we stay in, do not have this facility.... More

This property is well located to do anything in town. The staff were very helpful and the rooms had everything that I needed. I would recommend this proerty to everyone and I would certainly stay again. This was my third visit and I have had a good experience each time.

I stayed here for 3 nights last week and totally enjoyed my stay. The staff were really helpful and the fact that we could just go downstairs to the leagues club for dinner on a rainy chilly night was perfect. Its situated close to a train station, which again was great when the weather was wet. The price was reasonable,... More

We have stayed in Travelodge hotels in Sydney before, and Phillip Street is in a great location, not far from the art gallery, just around the corner from Martin Place, a 15 minute walk to Circular Quay. This is a comfortable hotel, and we took advantage of the great winter get away rates to spend time exploring our wonderful city.... More

Friend recommended me this hotel and as it was quite a last min trip, I booked it without thinking much. When I reached, check in is fast, (there's few steps of stairs before going into the lobby!) The location is great, not too near the bustling of the shopping area (which means the price is not that expensive) but it... More

Location perfect in the middle of the city. Friendly people at the reception, nice room, always kept clean by service. TV program very limited, no free Wifi(!). Breakfast in Bistro a catastrophy. Go somwhere else!

I needed accommodation within reasonable walking distance from the Circular Quay cruise terminal at a reasonable cost. The Travelodge met both criteria. The desk staff was efficient and friendly at both check in and check out. The room was clean and whilst basic served my needs. The bathroom was supplied with shampoo conditioner etc. The NSW Leagues' Club is part... More

Good quality hotel in a central city location. We had to attend a Specialist appointment in Macquarie St and this was about 400m away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food in the Club Bistro downstairs is average.

We stayed at the Travelodge hotel for 4 days. Basic room but clean and close to the main .attractions in the city. We walked to circular quay and the opera house in about 10 mins. We caught the train from the airport and got out @ St James station and it was only a 5min walk to the hotel. Hyde... More

As my husband was visiting an eye surgeon in Macquarie Street the Travelodge was a great location for us. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant staff were good and the food reasonably priced and very tasty. Being so close to the train service was also a plus as was the Leagues club. We felt... More
