This is a great hotel, central for exploring Sydney, convenient for the tour bus & buses to Bondi & the staff are friendly & helpful. The room we had was a deluxe king with harbour view. Wow - the view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge is excellent & we could see the Opera House too. Large spacious room, cleaned daily... More

The best thing about the hotel is the surface of the rooms. All the rooms are big but the best are the Executive ones that are having renovated bathrooms and nice view to the city (some of them with direct view to Opera and Sydney Bridge). The breakfast is simple and English type so I can say that can be... More

Stayed recently in a Deluxe room with nice view of the Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and St. Mary's Cathedral. Room amenities such as coffee and tea were sufficient for 2 people. Aircon control was good as on auto and furniture was adequate. Room service portion was big and quite nice. Most staff friendly and courteous throughout. Would stay again... More

Average hotel in Sydney but excellent location and value for money. Clean and excellent staff - always willing to help and go the extra mile. Close to Hyde Park, the various pools nearby, Crown Street, the Art Gallery of NSW, etc. Excellent transport links to and from the airport and around the city to the suburbs. Definitely consider this hotel... More

I stayed for business and had a few niggly details wich would prevent me from staying again - my room service breakfast card wasn't collected from the door (and therefore not delivered). The gymnasium did not open at 6.30am as stated (I waited until 6.45). They need to lift the standard of the food for the prices they are charging.... More

Overall it met my expectations, it was close to where I wanted, good restaurants nearby, staff friendly and efficient. Its not luxury, but is priced accordingly. I got the train from the airport direct to Museum railway station ($17) and enjoyed the walk through Hyde Park and down William Street. I would stay there again for business.

Fab views of the harbour and the service is sublime. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. It is a great location close to shopping, galleries and more. There is a handy Woolworths just over the road. Food isn't fantastic though but there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby

Not the most modern hotel, but we were only looking for a bed for 3 nights. Every member of staff was fantastic. Very helpful. Easy access to Circular Quay, Bondi, and most attractions. There is a Woolawolago just round the corner, makes best ever Latte. We actually had room service, something we never do, it arrived quickly, hit, and tasty.... More

Hotel is dated. Harbour view is over rated (but still managed to catch some fireworks thru the window). Miniature TV in the room. Furniture needs renewal. Front desk clerk tells me that we are liable for a cost of AUD$1400 if we leave the toilet door ajar and the steam from the bath activates the fire alarm! U really got... More

Overall the hotel was well kept and close enough to sight seeing locations without being out of the way. It was reasonably priced and had fantastic views, we stayed on the 19th floor in a deluxe room. The beds were rather hard and they seemed under staffed at times. They advertise they have a restaurant on the higher floors but... More
