The good news.... the staff are very obliging and the room is immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The large windows provide a stunning view of the city or of the harbour (depending on which side of the hotel you're on). There are connecting rooms if you're travelling with children, and the hotel is conveniently located near the CBD. There's... More

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 9. My partner was in Sydney for the weekend off a Navy ship so the motel was an ideal location to the Navy base. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I booked and we were upgraded to a room that had a view over... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, the staff are incredibly unhelpful and rude! On the second night of my stay the roof in my hotel room started to leak water at about 9:30pm, I advised reception as soon as I realised. They did not put me in another room instead they put a bucket under the leak! The... More

ShannonJohanna The Sydney Boulevard Hotel understands that you did have an issue in your room as the air-conditioning unit failed and there was some water that leaked onto the carpet. This issue was not reported to the Hotel until 8.20am in the morning and our Duty Manager came to the room straight away, the Duty Manager informed you that we... More

Booked an executive room with harbour view for the night of 14 March 2015, overnighting in Sydney on the last leg of our cruise. Our room was on the 13th floor with quite stunning uninterrupted views of the royal botanic gardens, Harbour and Government House. The hotel is very centrally located on Wiliam Street, very close to Hyde Park,St Michaels Cathedral... More

Stayed here just for the one night...requested a harbour view and had an incredible room on the 21st floor! Definitely worth the extra money! Staff were helpful and friendly; our bags were already in our room when we came to collect our key after check in! Room was clean, spacious and had everything we required! I would definitely look at... More

I stayed here for two nights with my partner. The hotel is in a great location, it's only a 2min walk to Hyde Park and 15min walk to Opera House. It was a lot cheaper than staying in the city and this hotel was just as nice, breakfast was included and our room had a view of the Harbour Bridge.

Stayed twice within the space of 10 days, once for 2 nights, the second visit for one night. Our first stay was excellent, we'd booked a harbour view room with king bed. Our 11th floor view was delightful although don't expect to see the 'main' harbour. We could see the bridge and top of the Opera House. The room was... More

I booked this hotel last minute when I had to change my travel plans, and it was a great choice. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and I had a nice view of the harbor from the window. Didn't pay the extra charge for the breakfast, so can't comment on that. If I get back to Sydney, I'd consider staying... More

We stayed in a double city view room on the 12th floor with our two kids. The room was spacious enough, beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and functional. The decor is OK. The downside was that the air con didnt work properly. The display on the control unit was not working properly (it was dim to the point... More
