The staff here are outstanding...nothing is too much trouble for them and as a return customer, it's great that they make the effort to remember your name. Room was comfy, bathroom clean and room service was excellent. Brekky is also well catered with a wide range of foods. Highly recommend

Great location with tremendous views.Check in staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. The only adverse comment is the breakfast it tasted nice but was cold. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The bar area was nice with the outside area over the water.Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Excellent alternative to mid-city hi-rise hotel but still within walking distance of many tourist features. Quiet (except for the toilet flush which can be a bit startling) and no long waits for the lift as the whole complex only 3 levels high. The Hotel is in a great location. I would recommend having a harbour view room as I think the bridge view would be less attractive.
