Breakfast is over priced but everything else amazing. You don't need the gym as you can run across the Hatbour Bridge or around to the Opera House - amazing views! Service great and staff welcoming - enjoy!

This hotel is exceptional. Its stunning waterfront location provides breathtaking views of the iconic Sydney skyline surpassed only by their outstanding customer service. Couldn't recommend this luxurious hotel highly enough. Particular mention to Amy, from reception, for her attention to detail.... she truly made out stay

The concierge is ready for you, always. Am happy to see a team that's cohesive and work towards a positive customer experience. We arrived way earlier than check-in timing. So much for planning. We were immediately greeted with smiles and the concierge team ready to grab our luggages and oversizes items. We were evidently tired from the red-eye flight -... More

The hotel is in a good location and has views of the harbour on one side only. Our room had a very damp/mouldy smell, the tiles in our showers also had mould stains. The walls in our room were white and had lots of marks. The carpets also looked to be dirty. The lobby and bar are open concept making... More

Bubbles on arrival and a quick check-in process maximises time to explore or enjoy the spacious room. The harbour buzz is muted by double glazing that allows for sleep-ins in the comfy bed. The wide windows lays out the full beauty of the harbour. Criticism: if it wants to be thought of as a 5 star accommodation, then more than... More

Stayed for a couple of nights. Excellent base to explore Sydney by foot. The room was comfortable and clean. We arrived early before the room was ready but the staff couldn't have been more helpful taking our luggage to store and pointing us to a quiet restroom so we could freshen up after a long flight.

Had the good fortune to spend a couple of days late January in this perfectly positioned Hotel with a birds-eye view of the Australia Day celebrations on Sydney Harbour. A converted Heritage Listed building with interesting features that has been turned into a unique 'Autograph' Hotel (aptly named). The staff, in particular, were top class, in particular the Reception Manager... More

Enjoyed the location and the service would recommend to others that want to stay in the area. Keep an eye out for specials we stayed on the Brunch and Stay package which was very reasonable. The only issue we had was that the circuit breaker popped while using the iron, this was quickly rectified with a call to reception.

A very nice waterside Hotel, good position, easy to get into town! The most important feature for us was the friendliness and warmth of the staff! Nothing was too much trouble, and they looked interested in who we were! Good restaurant, with a buffet style breakfast, but the pre cooked food not always hot! But worth a visit!

never stayed there before but chose for proximity to history area and closeness to Wharf theatres which are in walking distance as is Fratelli Fresh - good coffee and excellent Italian food. dinner and service for bar snacks excellent at Bounty Bar. an easy place to stay when a lone traveller! just sitting under outdoor umbrella watching the water go...
