The location of the hotel is excellent, close both to Darling Harbour and China Town, so there are a lot of good places to eat close by. When we stayed, there was a 'cool yule' theme in Darling Harbour, which along with the ice rink meant it was busy as there was a lot going on in the evenings. The... More

Being located in China Town, this hotel is located very close to an abundance of good takeaway. The room itself was bigger than we expected it to be; with its own separate kitchen and living area. It was a nice apartment sized room with an alright view. The noise wasn't too much of a problem and we enjoyed the fact... More

The interior was very old and needed updating. it was on a very busy street and found it to be noisy... More

We parked our car next door, which you can enter our hotel from without leaving the car park. Cost $35.00 a day. What a bargain for the city! Check in was easy. Room was clean and had a kitchenette, loung room and a bedroom both rooms had a tv. It had a pool and sauna. It was a high traffic... More

I stopped for Two nights at the Hotel this week. I was set back when I booked in at reception to be told as well as the cost of the room, another $100 as a holding fee. Not happy about that one. The room itself was clean & tidy and quite large. What I found a blessing was you are... More

The hotel room we had on the 8th floor had a good sized living and dining area. You can prepare your meals inside. It has 2 TV units, one in the living area and in the bedroom. When we arrived, the door keycard was unavailable and we had someone from the desk let us in our room. The centre of... More

I am not the kind of person to usually write reviews but i was absolutely disgusted with our visit at this so called 4 star hotel. The place absolutely stunk. The interior was old and outdated and it was in china town rather then darling harbour. What i am most angry about was the service. We called for help and... More

What a dirty hole! Never stay here! Dirty and gross the key to the elevator and room didn't work. No hotel parking. Unprofessional useless staff. I just wanted to leave as soon as we got there but had already paid. I felt like I needed a shower just getting from the car to the reception desk. Ruined my day!

Stayed here for a few nights on business. Firstly the reek of mildew was the first thing to hit me when I entered my room. The carpet was coming up in places, the kitchenette floor was sticky and there were patches on the walls. The kitchenette offered an unserviceable, filthy hotplate. The bathroom was dated and an incredibly tight shower... More

We stayed recently in a spacious room with a comfortable bed and handy kitchen facilities. The hotel is in a good location with easy parking available. There was a major problem with the temperature control over the three nights of our stay. Despite alerting staff twice about the heat, there was little relief and no follow-up to the written evaluation.
