There are signs in the elevators advising of roadworks directly out front since July '15 ie 6 months, but there is no advice prior to booking. I understand they have no control over City Council works but they took they booking regardless, and the placed me in a room directly over the works, in the middle of the week, ie... More

Great room and fantastic location and we have enjoyed all our previous stays here. However only one lift operating it was painful getting to and from floor 16. Also we hear that it has been out of action for at least 5 months. The "smart" tvs are dumb as and I cannot believe that over three nights we kept having... More

Location is awesome coz its walking distance to everything (Daring Harbour, Chinatown etc). There is also a big grocery store 2 blocks away and tons of pubs & restaurants within walking distance. But the hotel is really, really small. There is only 1 elevator working so there is a very long wait going up or down and if you asked... More

Very nice apartment hotel. Small, but comfortable 1 bedroom, with a sofa sleeper which my sister used. Nice kitchenette. Very modern bath. Not really close to the harbour, if that's where you want to be. We walked most places. Also used the subway (station about 2 blocks walk away). Great pub in the Crown Hotel, just a block or 2... This was a last minute booking, but was in an awesome position as we were attending a function at The Domain. It was a clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again if we need to stay near the CBD.

Instead of staying at a regular hotel we opted to stay at an apartment hotel. We had a great one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, big screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. with a very comfortable queen size bed. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you would want. It was located... More

We arrived with high expectations and huge excitement to be staying at Worldmark Sydney for two nights. We arrived at 8pm after a long drive with two little children and was straight away dissapointed to be told that their car park was full but advised of another car park not far away but $30 - 50 for one day. Had very high expectations of presidential suite as I booked this suite for my family. The place was small and not very spacious. Otherwise this is centrally located and the staff gave been helpful and friendly.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
