My husband & I stayed at the Park Regis for 3 nights whilst we caught up with friends for the weekend. The room was small but that did not bother us. I'd rather have a clean, tidy, well presented room & that is exactly what we got! Bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed, bathroom was small but had... More

I booked a premier small double room for my girlfriends and mine anniversary - knowing this, they upgraded our room free of charge and also delivered (upon my special request) to have flowers placed in the room prior to our arrival. They also allowed us to leave our bags at reception the following day at no extra charge for around... More

Very good location close to everything Roof top pool was nice and good views. Reception was small but quick check in and bag storage Rooms were very small but this is expected in City centre The only down side was it was very noisy. The lifts made the room very noisy got woke up early by this.

My wife and I come to Sydney several times a year for medical treatment. We love the city and it's character,so we have tried quite a few hotels. In October '14 we stayed here for the first time and loved it.Nothing fancy but we will be back in December, hopefully in a similar room. We will be using the airport shuttle also ,very... More

Looking for a economy hotel for a night in the city. This was recommended to me, so didn't mind paying the $305 per night. Well, where do I star; no parking, nowhere to drop off luggage and passenger. Then its off to the room; very clean and tidy but oh so tiny, barely one metre access around two sides of... More

Worst hotel stay ever. Small room, all I was told was 'that's the biggest room'! I've stayed there before in bigger rooms! Liars did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Very disappointed. We just got a room with a view of a wall, when we got in he room it broke my heart to see my disappointed kids faces... More

I haven't even been here for my first full night and I can't wait to leave. The hotel is shabby, the room is also shabby and dirty. I found a pube on the bathroom sink upon arrival which was a wonderful end to major check in dramas. We then requested a heater because the room was cold. The heater we... More

I was trying to find a hotel last minute that doesn't cost more than $150/night. The room is small, the bathroom is REALLY small, but the location is awesome! I wouldn't pick this hotel if I'm looking for a relaxing getaway, because at night I could still hear the sound of cars from the street. However, with the amount I... More

Sydney is a big place, and I am only referring to the CBD here, which means that where you end up staying there is a part of the city that you won't get to see (and I do enjoy simply wandering around the neighbourhood). This was one of the first hotels I stayed in on my recent trips to Sydney,... More

I stayed at this hotel for a conference over 3 nights and I was very happy. I was upgraded to a King room which had plenty of space, double glazing and a lovely King sized bed and I was given a breakfast pack - a nice surprise. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the complimentary newspapers every day.... More
