I love this hotel. The location, the style and the view. Amazing. Some of the staff were nice and other were just ok. I ordered a large taxi van 4 hours before it was time to go to the airport and when we went down stairs to get in it, it was only a minivan and they said they were... More

Not reviewing the hotel but the bar. Wandered in on a Thursday night, ordered a couple of glasses of Veuve, oysters, cheese. Progressed to a mini dish of fish done superbly as chef's recommendation. I am not surprised because Hyatt. The highlight of my visit was fantastic Jason with his impeccable service. I hope he gets enough incentives to stay... More

I visited Park Hyatt during summer and stayed in the Opera Delux room. I honestly cannot wait to go back there and am already planning my next trip. I am a frequent traveller to Sydney for business and have stayed at many other five star hotels, yet the Park Hyatt is above and beyond all of the other places I... More

You simply cannot get a better location, it's stunning. Hyatt do it well, everything looks amazing, high quality and great selections, though they just missed the mark. Check in was hardly smooth, whilst I waited for another agent to take over the process to a welcome letter with my name spelt incorrectly. Small items I am sure you would agree... More

When paying over $1000 a night for four nights over Christmas, is it unreasonable to expect to be able to eat Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant? Even though we tried to make a dinner reservation a month in advance, there was no room. Fully booked out to locals, apparently. Sad, but a concierge at a hotel like this can... More

Had the pleasure of having a wonderful dinner on a Sunday night. Quiet restaurant, excellent service, complimentary valet parking and a stunning view. The food was beautiful. The flavours on the plate blended together so well. The chef is a genius!! Loved it.

Second time to this hotel. What a great place. Service, rooms , both exceptional and it must have the best rooftop pool and spa in sydney. One of the few city hotels where you can get a room with a balcony. Location is very convenient with parking available on site.

Staying in hotels all year long it's rare something can take me by surprise. The doors opening to the reception, with a view of the harbour behind, already started an incredible journey. The flowers at check-in are beautiful. Rooms have a beautiful view and many have a small balcony from which you can partake of the vista. The staff were... More

At top of the game in the Hospitality business. Location, staff excellence, work culture, diversity, amenities and none the less the brand value is worth every cent spent. Rooms are very spacious and the roof top restaurant has great views. Keep up the great work.

We had a lovely stay here, all of the staff were lovely. I was however unimpressed with the quality of the towels in the rooms, they felt old and hard. 3 times we went to the pool only to be told that they didn't have any towels on hand. Once we back to our room to get the towels from... More
